Duh!!

Synopsis

Kaige Lerrik is arrogant and flirtatious. As far as he can remember, he has been extremely popular with the opposite gender. However, on his 16th birthday, he was transferred to a new school where he met challenges he could not even begin to fathom.

The reason is because Kaige started to develop his family line condition: That every male child of the Lerrik family, on his 16th birthday, would become sensitive to a specific word uttered at that time. This "trigger word" would cause him to become unbelievably stupid until someone else utters the word again. Due to this devastating situation, his chick magnet died.

Helping Kaige to discover the true nice guy underneath the flamboyant coating is Evan Gollings, who is a scholar at heart and completely unfazed by Kaige's charms, Tammy Wang, who has some very interesting siblings, Davis Aiken, who is struggling with the high expectations set by his very rich father, Yuy Ren, who's living conditions are questionable and many many more!

Characters


	KAIGE LERRIK Main male protagonist of the story. Kaige is the one that gets "Duh"ed in the story. Used to having things his way, he learns to cope with his "handicap" and depend on things other than his good looks.
	EVAN GOLLINGS Evan is the main female protagonist of the story. Evan is a studious young lady who will put studies first above everything. She is disliked by most of the school save her few close friends. While going on this one year journey of "getting Duh-ed" with Kaige and the others, she is also dealing with deep family issues and a lost brother.

	DAVIS AIKEN Davis is a righteous young man, who quickly made friends with Kaige. Davis has a long time rival Vasilli, who enters their school seeking revenge on Davis. Davis is the first born son and heir of a very rich family and has issues regarding high expectations from his father.

	KATRINA (RINA) PETROVSKAIA Rina is always there, always optimistic, and always helpful. The "motherly" nature helps smooth over quarrels. Rina is one of Evan's best friends.

	TAMMY WANG Tammy is proud, optimistic, naïve, and very very ambitious. Tammy will never stop for a moment in life and jumps from one "brilliant idea" to the next. While she may seem fickle, Tammy is actually highly resolved and stands behind her friends rock-steady.

	YUY REN In many ways, Yuy is a dreamer at heart. Yuy loves trying out new things and isn't afraid of standing out (in the good or the bad way). However, Yuy is actually a very timid person, but does outrageous things to test his own capacity. Yuy is almost always in a bright mood and much of a joker, but can be serious when the occasion warrants it. Yuy's family lives very far from school, so in order to attend, he lives… somewhere much much closer.
