What are some great tips you can share about drawing? Keep your old drawings and keep trying to draw each day because when you go back and look at your old drawings and compare them to your new you might just see how much you improved. 2. When did you first start to draw manga? I would have to say about 12 I think. 3. Name the greatest influence on your manga. First it was sailor moon then it looked to cartoony, then peach girl but the eyes were too big, then the author of skip beat. 4. Has DREAM been helpful to you in any way? Yes it has. They are helping me by showcasing my work duh ;3 5. What was the first manga you ever bought for yourself? ummmmm I think Life... or tails of the moon...or skip beat...or maybe dramacon... 6. Name the pens you use for drawing manga and how you use them. If you ink digitally, name the sizes and types of brushes you use and how you use them. I use the g pen mostly in manga studio around size 1.8 or 1.4 I think. 7. How long does it take you to do one page from planning to toning and lettering? About 4 hours if I don't get distracted, maybe 3. 8. What is the average length of your mangas? about 25-30 pages each Chapter. 9. After this manga, what type of manga would you like to draw next? A fantasy kind of adventure thing. 10. What inspired you to draw manga? Watching Sailor moon and reading Garfield I think. 11. When did you first start to draw manga? (not answered) 12. Who do you say gave you the most support while drawing manga? My mom. 13. Do you want to draw manga as a living? Nah just a really big hobby. I don’t think I'm good enough for that at all ha ha. 14. Do you prefer traditional or computerized when it comes to coloring? Computer because it's so hard to make up my mind on which color I want to use. 15. Have you ever tried to promote your manga in any way? Name some please. I did advertisement with Project Wonderful on Smackjeeves. 16. Was there ever a period of time where you completely stopped drawing manga for any reason? Yes I think around 14 years old but that didn't last long. 17. Do you usually know the ending of your manga before you begin? Do you enjoy knowing/not knowing the ending? Yeah for most of my comics I know the ending. 18. Out of all your series, which one do you feel closest to? Please describe it in a few sentences. My comic Distant Land. It isn't up right now but its about a girl who is kidnapped to another world after seeing her home go up in flames with her family inside. 19. Have you ever done a doujinshi? Which series was it based on? Nope. 20. Which of your characters do you like the most? Taliyea. |
