Interview

1. What are some great tips you can share about drawing?
Practise. I've been drawing since I was a kid and my drawing skills have improved over the years. If this method doesn't work, then I suggest copying or even tracing a picture. That way you'll get used to the contours of the shape and the proportions.
2. When did you first start to draw manga?
Retrospect back at the time when I was around 3. Being exposed to the world of animation on the television has brainwashed me into drawing. Thanks to the dazzling group of glamorous heroines in sexy sailor uniform who have brought justice upon the evil in their mini skirts. As we all know, Sailor Moon. I've started drawing ever since then.

3. Name the greatest influence on your manga.
Mangakas, friends and family.

4. Has DREAM been helpful to you in any way?
Not so sure yet.

5. What was the first manga you ever bought for yourself?
GALS! Volume 6 by Fujii Mihona. I used to be obsessed with this manga!

6. Name the pens you use for drawing manga and how you use them. If you ink digitally, name the sizes and types of brushes you use and how you use them.
I use a pacer. I'll learn how to tone properly after I get a graphics tablet.

7. How long does it take you to do one page from planning to toning and lettering?
It depends how detailed the page is.

8. What is the average length of your mangas?
One-shots, around 30 to 40 pages. New release for the first chapter is 30-35 pages. The rest of the chapters should be around up to 20 pages.

9. After this manga, what type of manga would you like to draw next?
SUSPENSE!!! (Or maybe Thriller?)

10. What inspired you to draw manga?
Japan.

11. When did you first start to draw manga?
When I was 5. It was so messy.

12. Who do you say gave you the most support while drawing manga?
My friends. I love you guys )': <333333.

13. Do you want to draw manga as a living?
I don't see why not. If it happens, it happens.

14. Do you prefer traditional or computerized when it comes to coloring?
I suck both ways v__v;

15. Have you ever tried to promote your manga in any way? Name some please.
I don't really promote. I draw them in a blank note book and give it to my friends. I give them away since I don't keep any of my drawings.

16. Was there ever a period of time where you completely stopped drawing manga for any reason?
All the time. I'm a mangaka for many quitting series. LOL sorry friends.

17. Do you usually know the ending of your manga before you begin? Do you enjoy knowing/not knowing the ending?
Yeah I do, but the bad thing is that it makes me want to draw the ending.

18. Out of all your series, which one do you feel closest to? Please describe it in a few sentences.
I have no idea.. I drew way too many mangas over the past few years.

19. Have you ever done a doujinshi? Which series was it based on?
Nah, more like fan-art.

20. Which of your characters do you like the most?
The male protagonist is always my favourite.
